Drastically reduce shedding with this simple mix

We shed 50 to 150 strands of hair per day. A shed hair is one that comes from the root. It will be the same length as the rest of your hair. Many times you can see or feel the hair root on the end.

If the hair is short, with no hair bulb on one end, that is breakage. You will also feel the hair snap and pop as you manipulate it. To eliminate breakage click HERE

If your are shedding more than a 150 strands per day for more than a week, that is considered excessive shedding. This simple amla and baobab mix will correct your excessive shedding.

This is the Amla powder I use.

My Amla mix that strengthens hair and combats excess shedding.

Apply this treatment after you have washed your hair and before you deep condition.

  • 2 tbsp Amla powder
  • 2 tbsp Baobab powder
  • 1 cup of distilled water.

Put amla and baobob powder into a bowl. Pour in 1/2 cup of distilled water. Slowly stir and blend together well. Add more water until you get to a conditioner consistency.

Apply to generously to freshly washed hair. Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse and deep condition good with a good quality conditioner.

When you are done, your hair will feel stronger. You should notice a BIG reduction in your shedding.
