Scalp Stimulation treatment for growth

The CoilyQueens Regimen is divided into 3 parts: moisturize, stimulate and protect. In this article I cover the stimulate part of the regimen. Hair growth only happens at the hair root, under the scalp. Often when you have slow hair growth, you blame it entirely on genetics.  However circulation is most likely the reason for your slow hair growth.

Stimulation is circulation. For optimal health we want healthy blood circulation.

Things which effect healthy circulation:
*Daily exercise
*Eliminating stress
*Eating lots of fruits and vegetables
*Drinking 64 ounces of water daily

Often due to stress our scalp and neck become tense. When the scalp stays tensed, it interferes with optimal blood flow to the hair root. This greatly slows your hair growth down. You might be capable of growing 1/2 an inch or more per month. But due to poor circulation you only grow 1/4 of an inch per month.

These following processes, practiced often in combination with the tips above, will help you stimulate better blood flow to your scalp. Make them a habit and watch your hair growth thrive. You will reach your length goals before you know it.

2 stimulation techniques to pump up your hair growth

1. Stimulating tea spray

Vee's Stimulating Minty Tea Rinse:
one peppermint tea bag(scalp stimulator)
one horsetail tea bag (hair growth)
3 drops of pure peppermint oil (scalp stimulator)
4 drops of pure eucalyptus oil (stimulation, anti-fungal/antibacterial)

HOW TO MAKE:
1 clean water bottle
Boil 2 cups of water
(allow water to sit for one minute after boiling)
place 2 tea bags in a cup, and pour hot (not boiling) water over tea bags
Let tea seep for 15 minutes (cover while steeping)
After tea is cool, add 3 drops of pure peppermint oil and 4 drops of eucalyptus and mix

HOW TO USE: Put tea in your spray bottle and spray and massage Minty Rinse on to scalp.
Put remaining rinse into fridge and let it get cold.
Then saturate your hair strands with the remaining Minty Rinse.
Do not store this rinse, make tea on the day you plan to use it. To be used in your final step of shampooing, to stimulate and wake up your hair follicles and help with hair breakage. And the Eucalyptus is great for killing fungus and antibacterial.

2. Scalp brushing
Stimulate the hair root with a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush the scalp 3 times a week using the special scalp brushing technique.  Full details here
